During their time together, they not only danced but also engaged in drawing exercises, sharing their creations in a closing circle. It rekindled their love for improvisational spaces shared with fellow dancers. Debbie, a dancer of Daloy Dance Co., skillfully led them through an enlightening Daloy Movement workshop and Dance Movement Therapy session. They thoroughly enjoyed their role as participants, relishing the opportunity to dance alongside new acquaintances. And the studio was so beautiful.
They are genuinely delighted to see the continued growth and impact of Daloy Movement. Many who undertook the Teachers Training program in 2020 have now become instructors in their own right, spreading the practice of improv-based movement throughout the Philippines. It’s heartening to witness how these spaces, centered around self-discovery, healing, therapy, and community, are increasingly valued by more individuals today compared to when Daloy commenced its journey nine years ago.
They are planning to do another Daloy Movement Teachers’ Training again next year, and they couldn’t be more thrilled about it. It’s an opportunity they eagerly anticipate, and they look forward to diving deeper into Daloy Movement Meditation.

Daloy Movement practice empowers individuals to trust themselves, be fully present, connect with a deeper essence, access profound peace, and even tap into their inner silliness and fun. It enables them to connect with their unique spirit and share these rejuvenating experiences with others, creating a space that feels both safe and bold.
It’s a space where you can truly relax your nervous system, allowing you to share your energy authentically. This is where new insights, emotional release, and fresh perspectives emerge, all without the distractions of phones, digital devices, or online avatars – just you and others connecting with your body, mind, and breath, and understanding your own needs.
Watching play, rest, and dance unfold naturally was a truly gratifying experience. They're thankful for the opportunities to facilitate such transformative movement workshops through Daloy Movement.

They are delighted to have had the chance to introduce the Daloy Movement practice to both Taiwanese and Filipino dancers. Their focus was on exercises that allowed the intuitive, human body to shine, rather than the rehearsed, performative dancer’s body. They encouraged the body to deeply rest and embrace wild, playful abandon.
They strongly believe that play is a crucial element in reaching a flow state. Taking breaks and moments of unproductivity, where they simply exist without serving capitalism, are vital for peak performance in dance rehearsals and nurturing creativity.
